HomeBenefits® can provide your employees with a substantial benefit any time they buy or sell a home or other real estate; ultimately, helping to reduce the cost associated with buying or selling properties. Not only has NeighborhoodScout developed a proprietary method for determining neighborhood qualities, we have also created a similar screening method for local real estate professionals. Based on thousands of client surveys, we are able to know which real estate agents in any local area have proven sales performance and high customer service records..
How the HomeBenefits® Service works:
A NeighborhoodScout counselor will contact your employee to match them with a top prescreened real estate agent based on their personal needs, price, and chosen location. If they are selling their home, we will match them with two top-selling agents from different offices who will compete for their business. When an agent helps your employee buy or sell a home, they will receive a portion of the commission from the seller’s broker, and the agent will pay us a referral fee from that commission. Because we want our interests to be aligned with yours, we take 20% to 50% of our referral fee and put it back in your employee’s pocket as a cash award.* Fees are based on the price of the home, so the higher the purchase or sale price, the more we are able to give back.
The program can be used for buying and selling a home, a vacation home, or even undeveloped land. If your employee both buys and sells real estate using the benefit program, they can double their benefit, or more.
